Job Summary
An e-commerce provider and online marketplace for the cannabis industry is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Customer Success Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing leadership through strategic direction to align Customer Success Management functions & priorities with goals
- Building the future strategies to improve Customer Success Management
- Partnering with key stakeholders in Sales, Product, Operations & business leaders to provide strategic insight & recommendations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High energy & motivation to achieve results, and willingness to be independently entrepreneurial & a self-starter
- 5+ years of relevant work experience within SaaS Account Management
- Strong qualitative, quantitative & analytical skills, demonstrated by an ability to identify & use information & data to set goals
- Demonstrated experience operating in both an individual contributor, execution-focused role, as well as a leadership role
- History of excellent judgement and productive communication
- Experience presenting to senior management
