Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Customer Success Enablement Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing our Customer Success training and enablement program
- Researching industry trends and best practices around instructional design and delivery
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the existing processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel 5-10% of the time
- Minimum of a Bachelor level degree
- Experience in designing and leading Train the Trainer programs
- Knowledge and experience in training core sales skills: Discovery, Presentation and Negotiation
- Experience in communicating and participating in the delivery of large-scale change programs
