Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Customer Success Enablement Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing our Customer Success training and enablement program
  • Researching industry trends and best practices around instructional design and delivery
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the existing processes

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel 5-10% of the time
  • Minimum of a Bachelor level degree
  • Experience in designing and leading Train the Trainer programs
  • Knowledge and experience in training core sales skills: Discovery, Presentation and Negotiation
  • Experience in communicating and participating in the delivery of large-scale change programs
