Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Customer Success Engineer Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning and defining how to build close relationships with customer stakeholders
- Owning the customer reference architectures
- Establishing a relationship with key ecosystem partners and build joint upsell opportunities
Qualifications for this position include:
- Demonstrated ability to work with the technology teams of clients
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical sales
- Enterprise Software, Big Data, Data Security, Data Governance or Database experience
- Experience with both cloud-native and on-premise architectures
- Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
