Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Customer Success Engineer Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Owning and defining how to build close relationships with customer stakeholders
  • Owning the customer reference architectures
  • Establishing a relationship with key ecosystem partners and build joint upsell opportunities

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Demonstrated ability to work with the technology teams of clients
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical sales
  • Enterprise Software, Big Data, Data Security, Data Governance or Database experience
  • Experience with both cloud-native and on-premise architectures
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
