A provider of online learning solutions is filling a position for a Remote Senior Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing customers with a focus on developing strong relationships
  • Developing a Customer Success Plan with the customer that articulates customer success goals
  • Reporting against customer success criteria and manage initiatives to meet them

Required Skills:

  • Travel as required
  • Bachelor's degree or college degree in technology required
  • 5+ years experience in managing customer relationships and managing programs
  • Direct work with establishing strategic outcomes and measurements
