Job Summary

A financial services company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Executing a consistent approach for major account planning and relationship management
  • Expanding Relationships through effective Lead Generation
  • Achieving defined metrics including backlog growth, annual revenue and customer satisfaction

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years’ experience in customer facing roles
  • Strong business and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience with account planning and review process
  • Experience with recurring revenue business models
  • 3+ years vertical industry experience working with clients
  • 3+ years in payments or payments related field with strong knowledge of payments ecosystems
