Job Summary
A video hosting, sharing, and services company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Agreeing on business objectives and goals with customers
- Acting as an advisor offering proactive and prescriptive advice and practical solutions to partners
- Advocating and acting as the voice of customers within Salesforce
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of customer success experience, preferably within a SaaS, Media or Consulting organizations
- Proven record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing long-term technology solutions
- Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and internal partners
- Excellent interpersonal skills both with customers and within an organization
- Consistent track record of defining and carrying out key performance indicators
- Proactive interest to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
