A health technology company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to HR benefits leaders
- Working strategically to best satisfy their needs to become a celebrated and continuing component of their benefits
- Helping develop customer success strategies and best practices for serving our mid-market customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4-6 years of professional experience working closely with external customers and partners
- Clear, empathetic communicator
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Process-oriented with an automation/efficiency mindset
