A health technology company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to HR benefits leaders
  • Working strategically to best satisfy their needs to become a celebrated and continuing component of their benefits
  • Helping develop customer success strategies and best practices for serving our mid-market customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4-6 years of professional experience working closely with external customers and partners
  • Clear, empathetic communicator
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
  • Process-oriented with an automation/efficiency mindset
