A social media marketing agency is filling a position for a Remote Senior Customer Success Manager in Atlanta.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing strong customer relationships and serve in the role of trusted advisor
  • Maintaining and growing monthly recurring revenue for our most valued customer
  • Analyzing lifecycle metrics and provide leadership and/or execution of onboarding

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS, Social Media Management and enterprise software
