Job Summary

A cloud solutions technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Customer Success Manager in Houston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as the primary point of contact post implementation
  • Assuming overall customer adoption responsibility
  • Acting as a critical issue management role

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Available to travel up to 35%
  • Bachelor's Degree Required or Equivalent Experience
  • 5+ years of customer success experience in SaaS organization.
  • Experience in Process Improvement
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and ground breaking infrastructures
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security space
