Job Summary
A cloud solutions technology company is in need of a Remote Senior Customer Success Manager in Houston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as the primary point of contact post implementation
- Assuming overall customer adoption responsibility
- Acting as a critical issue management role
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Available to travel up to 35%
- Bachelor's Degree Required or Equivalent Experience
- 5+ years of customer success experience in SaaS organization.
- Experience in Process Improvement
- Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and ground breaking infrastructures
- Excellent knowledge and experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security space
