Job Summary
A telehealth company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Customer Success Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Work as a team with Account Directors to understand customer’s individual business goals
- Move customers along the lifecycle from adoption to proficiency with the product suite
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience working in healthcare technology
- 5+ years of relevant experience in customer success in a SaaS environment
