Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Senior Customer Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing product support for a global customer base
  • Developing and customizing reports, queries and tools to improve working efficiency
  • Reviewing customer training materials and providing improvement suggestions

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
  • Working knowledge of SQL with Microsoft SQLServer
  • Ability to exceed departmental service level metrics
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to solve highly complex problems and strong analytical skills
