Job Summary
A developer of marketing automation software is filling a position for a Remote Senior Customer Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Owning Customer/Inbound Support and responding to all inbound inquiries
- Onboarding of new customers and helping them with the integration of their tech stack (ad accounts, salesforce, marketing automation platforms)
- Designing and maintaining a scalable customer support system
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years in one of the client-facing roles: customer support or customer success
- Experience setting up and managing Customer Support workflows and tools
- Experience in B2B marketing technology, or B2B marketing agency
- Proven resourceful problem solver with strong logical thinking
- Ability to maintain and add to company’s public knowledge base and FAQ
- Ability to collaborate with the Product team on product improvements base on customer feedback
