Job Summary
An education technology company. is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Customer Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Investigating and bringing to timely resolution all Help Desk issues
- Recommending and documenting policies on system use and services including best practices
- Analyzing project requirements and develop test plans, test cases and other testing documentation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 3 years’ previous customer service and/or call center experience required
