Job Summary
An accounting company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Customer Support Specialist II .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining, updating and prioritizing cases daily to meet published customer service level objectives
- Supporting training and onboarding of current and new team members
- Logging cases with accurate information to provide a full record of each issues and resolution
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Management Information System
- 4+ years in a position in the accounting or finance field with exposure to multiple ERP systems
- Experience with ERP / SaaS and CRM software is required including at least 1 year of Sage Intacct produce knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Highly enthusiastic, positive-minded, customer focused, service-orientated
