Job Summary
A software development company has an open position for a Remote Senior CX Product Marketing Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be a subject matter expert for company’s Customer Service solutions
- Create, publish and maintain informative product positioning, messaging, and content
- Create, review and deliver presentations to effectively differentiate the product in the market place
Qualifications Include:
- Proven senior marketer who has mastered the facets of software product marketing
- Demonstrated excitement about how customer service software can improve our clients’ service outcomes
- Proven outstanding communicator who enjoys crafting stories and messages that will resonate with key stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of professional experience, with experience in product marketing /product management (background in customer engagement software a plus)
- Demonstrated experience and proven track record working with highly technical and B2B focused products and solutions
