Job Summary

A holding company for property-casualty insurance companies has a current position open for a Remote Senior Cyber Defense Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Acting as a subject matter expert to the enterprise
• Mentoring other IT security staff
• Performing assessments, and incident response/threat intelligence consultation

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 5 -7 years’ experience in Information Technology or Risk Management roles
• 4 years in a security role
• Knowledge of firewall theory and configuration
• Expert level knowledge of current security control technologies and procedures
• Knowledge of national and international regulatory compliances and frameworks
• Ability to understand and clearly explain general methods of information security
