Job Summary
An avionics and information technology systems company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Cybersecurity Software Security Engineer in Cedar Rapids.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing threat models and information flow architectures to ensure data can be properly isolated in motion and at rest
- Implementing mandatory access controls (MAC) through the development of SELinux policies
- Reviewing code to identify weaknesses in the implementation of security functions
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) ) & 5 years of experience
- OR Advance degree and 3 years of relevant experience
- OR In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required
- Threat Modeling Experience
- Vulnerability Analysis Experience
