Job Summary

A company that provides technology-enabled insurance services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Data Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Create and model operational metrics
• Create and publish reporting of metrics using visualization tools like Tableau
• Design customer feedback surveys

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
• Previous experience in mid- to large-size call center
• Understanding of SCRUM Agile as well as Waterfall Project Management Methodology
• A strong understanding of ITIL, Insurance industry and transaction traffic workflows
• A strong understanding of how to gather data across diverse data sources
• Understanding of MySQL, Python, Tableau and other data analytics / reporting tools
