Job Summary

A research tool company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Data and Analytics Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Interpreting service data using trend and correlation analysis
  • Assembling company service data into formats such as dashboards, scorecards, written reports, and presentations
  • Generating and distribute reports on a routine basis to internal stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency extracting and reporting from SAP Analysis for Office, Salesforce Service Lightning
  • Experience with;Tablaeu, Einstein Analytics, or Power BI. ETL tools
  • BS/BSc in business, analytics or related field
  • Familiarity with project management principles
  • 5+ years of experience working with data from disparate sources, identifying trends, and providing insightful recommendations
