Job Summary
A healthcare technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Data Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine their data needs and formulate the technical solutions to solve them
- Write production quality code and tests
- Maintain and expand existing data engineering and analytics infrastructure to ensure their efficiency and stability
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience working with AWS and Docker
- 2+ years of experience in a production data science environment
- Strong CS background to choose the right algorithms, systems approaches and patterns to solve problems
- Have a proven track record designing and implementing data driven products
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. in computer science, engineering, statistics, computational linguistics, or other quantitative field, or equivalent
- Have a strong hands-on experience with Data Engineering projects
