Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Data Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing and building an architecture of applications that connects to AWS infrastructure
- Developing a valuable infrastructure that will serve our data needs in the long term
- Developing a fundamental understanding of our data schema
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Engineering or related field OR experience working with relevant technologies
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering
- 5+ years of experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience using a RESTful API to fetch data for analytics purposes
- Experience with Python and Ruby on Rails
- Experience with modern BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc)
