Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Data Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building high performance data pipelines by working with both structured and unstructured data
  • Architecting highly-performant, reliable, and scalable end-to-end data products
  • Writing production level, maintainable code in Python and SQL

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field
  • 4 years of experience in relevant software engineering
  • 4 years of experience working as a Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or other relevant data-focused Software Engineering position
  • 4 years of experience managing a team of engineers
  • Experience utilizing Python, SQL, Relational Databases, NodeJS, and PostgreSQL
  • Experience building, monitoring, and maintaining fully custom data pipelines
