Job Summary

A consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Data Engineer.

Must be able to:

  • Develop and further develop Big Data processing pipelines
  • Monitor and optimize key infrastructure components
  • Apply data security, archival, and redundancy techniques to protect data integrity

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years as a Data Engineer
  • 5+ years building data pipelines with various forms of data infrastructure technologies
  • Experience designing, developing, and owning ETL/ELT pipelines
  • Medium-to-high level of Python proficiency
  • Experience using SQL daily to scale and optimize schemas
