Job Summary

An insurance software development company is seeking a Remote Senior Data Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Writing and maintaining Python code
  • Leveraging your background in data modeling, microservices, and API environments
  • Actively contributing to development, testing, and automation best practices

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Advanced experience with Python and SQL
  • Experience with querying and designing database systems
  • A proven track record of implementing complex data extraction solutions (ETL/ELT)
  • Advanced experience with manipulating large structured and semi-structured datasets
  • Experience working with an AWS architecture to develop and maintain data pipelines
  • Experience with code reviews, troubleshooting, testing, and CI/CD
