Job Summary

An IT data software company is seeking a Remote Senior Data Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing thought leadership by recommending the right technologies and solutions
  • Designing and implementing data solutions best-suited to deliver on our customer needs
  • Designing and developing custom data pipelines for data extraction using Java, Python, SQL and Spark

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Strong working knowledge of SQL and the ability to write, debug, and optimize SQL queries
  • At least 4+ years experience as a Software Engineer, Data Engineer or Data Analyst
  • Programming experience in Java, Python, Scala, or another modern programming languages
  • Production experience one or more core data platforms: Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, Hadoop, Databricks
