Job Summary
A networking solutions company is seeking a Remote Senior Data Lake Architecture Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working on the automation of data infrastructure
- Designing, implementing and maintaining data infrastructure platform
- Helping with database performance monitoring and tuning
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working on designing and developing data lake systems
- 8+ years of experience of IT platform implementation in a technical and analytical role
- Bachelor's degree, in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field
- Strong expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases
- Strong experience using appropriate indexes for performance improvement
- Strong knowledge of data lake tools such as S3, Snowflake, DynamoD B, Cassandra, and Qubole
