Remote Senior Data Science Manager

Job Summary

A technology company specializing in solutions for the trucking industry is seeking a Remote Senior Data Science Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Building, improving, and maintaining machine learning models
• Applying statistical models & quantitative analysis on large datasets to measure & identify areas for improvement in the product
• Leading the effort for collection of new data and refinement of existing data sources

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field, e.g. Computer Science, Math, Economics, or Statistics
• Expertise in data-oriented programming (e.g. SQL) and statistical programming (e.g., Python, R). PySpark experience is MUST
• 6+ years experience in data science, machine learning, and data analysis
• Expertise in applied probability, statistics & propensity models
• Deep understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms
