Job Summary
A software development firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Data Scientist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing data-driven answers to strategic business questions using a variety of techniques
- Researching, prototyping, and tracking key company metrics.
- Building dashboards in Tableau/Python to monitor and share the resultsIdentify new areas of opportunity for the company
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Programming skills in a scientific computing language (Python preferred) and SQL
- Understanding of statistics and machine learning
- Developed communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with SaaS business model/metrics and/or previous experience in e-Commerce/logistics
