Job Summary
A consumer services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Data Scientist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating mathematical and data driven solutions
- Developing, maintaining, and monitoring the performance of production quality code
- Becoming the domain expert for one business segment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Statistics, Applied Mathematics or similar quantitative field
- And/or 3+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, predictive analytics, mathematical modeling or ML
- Developing predictive models and analysis using R and/or Python
- Experience interacting with data using SQL
- Deep knowledge of machine learning and data mining algorithms
