A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Database Administrator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Overseeing the maintenance and stability of multiple databases
  • Leading and mentoring Database Administrators
  • Developing and improving processes for data ingestion, and promotion for automation efforts

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's (4-year) degree (BS/BA) in computer science, or equivalent experience
  • 5 + years in an operational role with proven success
  • Experience managing multiple production databases
  • Experience providing leadership to DBA's
  • Experience in the health insurance industry is a plus
  • Strong project management skills
