Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Database Administrator.

Must be able to:

  • Advise on database design, tuning options, and best practices
  • Configure database monitoring utilities to minimize false alarms
  • Troubleshoot database service level events when in rotation as they occur after hours and weekends

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Have extensive experience with Microsoft Reporting, Analytical, and Information Services
  • Have experience with mission critical databases across multiple platforms
  • Have extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2019
  • Have experience identifying ineffective processes and designing solutions to address them
  • Have experience implementing processes that support access certification reviews
