Job Summary
A retailer of used vehicles needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Database Engineer .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Modernizing on-premises legacy database platforms, develop automation, and expand cloud database capabilities
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting database errors
- Creating and managing database reports, visualizations, and dashboards. Manage database auditing and compliance
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience working with Azure SQLDB, CosmosDB, MongoDB, Oracle RAC and Data guard is preferred
- 4 year degree in IT related course of study
- Strong sense of ownership, customer service, and integrity demonstrated through clear communication and positive action
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Communicate effectively with a wide range of audience internally and externally
- Experience with SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise (SYBASE ASE), on Linux
