An automotive sales company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Database Engineer in Richmond.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Modernizing on-premises legacy database platforms
  • Performing database administration duties
  • Managing database access, including user, role, profile, and object-level permissions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 4 year degree in IT related course of study
  • 6 + years of relevant work experience and background
  • Experience with building and managing SQL Server databases in Azure
  • 6+ years of strong working experience with SQL Server development and administration
  • Must have expertise in Always-On, backup/restore, performance tuning
  • Experience with SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise (SYBASE ASE), on Linux
