Job Summary
A sports entertainment technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Database Infrastructure Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Automating monitoring, maintenance and support related tasks
- Recommending, following, advocating and training on database design
- Planning and implementing all aspects of database disaster recovery
Qualifications for this position include:
- Amazon Web Services database administration experience, 2+ years
- Proficiency in database administration
- Expertise in SQL (complex queries and stored procedures)
- Proficiency in the scripting language of your choice (shell, perl, python, etc)
- Expertise in data modeling and schema design
- Extensive experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams
