Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Senior Database Reliability Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and enhancing automated tooling
- Embracing Database Reliability Engineering principles
- Participating in a rotating on-call schedule
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of experience in production database and site reliability
- 3+ years of experience with Kafka and/or Elasticsearch
- 3+ years of experience with relational database administration
- 3+ years of experience with automation and orchestration tools
- 3+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure
- 3+ years of experience with coding in at least programming language
