Job Summary

A company that sells communications services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Database Reliability Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Developing and enhancing automated tooling and the processes
• Embracing Database Reliability Engineering principles of proactivity, automation, etc.
• Participating in a rotating on-call schedule to troubleshoot

Required Skills:

• 5+ years in production database and site reliability, administration, devops or SaaS
• 3+ years of experience with Kafka and/or Elasticsearch
• 3+ years of experience with relational database administration
• 3+ years of experience with automation and orchestration tools
• 3+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure
• 3+ years of experience with coding in at least programming language
