Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field plus experience to total 8+ years
- Versed in experimental design construct and analysis; experience leading analytics experiments
- Highly analytical, self-motivated and desire for continuous learning in job-related subject matter
- High EQ and ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience implementing process improvements and change management
