A legal staffing and services company is seeking a Remote Senior Defense Litigation Attorney.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Appearing in court and arguing motions
  • Managing multiple cases on a day-to-day basis
  • Drafting complaints, answers, motions, and other pleadings

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Have a Juris Doctor degree
  • Active Virginia and/or Active Washington D.C. bar
  • Have 8+ years of complex litigation experience
