Job Summary

A company that provides third-party administration and actuarial services for 401(k) plans is seeking a Remote Senior Defined Contribution Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining client and advisor relationships with a high active client retention rate
• Maintaining a caseload of about 100 clients
• Managing and prioritizing workload towards weekly goals

Qualifications Include:

• 10 or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience
• Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing
• NIPA or ASPPA credentials
• College degree
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to proactively and independently manage a book of business
