Job Summary
A cloud communications company is in need of a Remote Senior Delivery and Operations Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure the Infrastructure and Support provided to the customers lead to greater customer success
- Optimize existing practice where appropriate
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in large scale email operations
- A minimum of 3 years of email deliverability experience
- A high degree of technical aptitude with an in-depth understanding of the technical aspects of email
- Experience with MTA technologies in an enterprise environment
