Job Summary
An information technology and services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Delivery Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing offshore development teams and driving onshore delivery in a customer facing capacity
- Taking ownership and accountability for the output and quality produced by the EPAM team
- Serving as single point of contact for any issues with EPAM delivery
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar
- 10+ years of work experience in Delivery management
- Experience with technology project management Leadership, Communication and influence
- Experience with Full stack development
- Ability to serve as a people manager for EPAM employees who resolves conflicts, manages staffing and rotations
- Ability to provide delivery leadership and assist team in making the right decision
