Job Summary

A company providing transaction-based, data-driven marketing and loyalty solutions is seeking a Remote Senior Delivery Operation Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Lead collaborative meetings with internal and external partners to discuss and develop solutions to meet their program objectives
• Evaluate current processes and procedures for improvements and efficiencies
• Lead and design the execution of new auditing and quality assurance processes for their materials and/or capability

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Some travel may be required
• Associate Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Operations Management
• Three or more years Financial Services Industry or Operations
• Education: Associate's Degree
• Skills: Adobe Acrobat, Excel Formula, Excel Functions, Mainframes, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint Creation, Workflow Management
• One or more years in the Financial Services Industry or Operations
