Job Summary
A human resources technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Demand Generation Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing and executing innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive enterprise MQLs and sales pipeline
- Partnering with revenue team to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up according to established SLAs
- Closely monitoring conversion rates and optimize campaigns at each stage. Design, build, maintain, and communicate digital marketing, campaign, and pipeline performance reports
Position Requirements Include:
- 4-6 years experience in a B2B SaaS marketing role
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal
- Experience partnering with BDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with customers along buyer’s journey
- Strong working knowledge of paid advertising (SEM, Disp, Paid Social, CTV, etc)
- Knowledge of B2B Marketing mechanics - you’ve worked with leads and funnel reporting, you understand pipeline, conversion, and marketing attribution models
- Passion for helping make the hiring process better and more equitable
