Job Summary

A financial services firm is filling a position for a Remote Senior Design Researcher.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying and managing existing and emerging risks that stem from business activities and the job role
  • Ensuringrisks associated with business activities are effectively identified
  • Following written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities

Required Skills:

  • Progressive experience with facilitation, collaboration and consensus building
  • Bachelor's degree; OR 4 years of related experience
  • 6 years of demonstrated technical expertise
  • Experience with a range of design research methods along the generative to evaluative spectrum
  • Experience with a focus on front end concept exploration and user facing testing
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiative teams through the design research process to create holistic experiences
