Job Summary

A financial services firm has a current position open for a Remote Senior Dev Ops Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Deploying and maintaining critical applications on cloud-native microservices architecture
  • Implementing automation, effective monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code
  • Being accountable for on call responsibilities in rotation with the engineering team

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 5+ years professional hands-on experience in engineering, DevOps or software engineering
  • Strong programming and scripting fundamentals (Python/Bash)
  • Experience working in and advocating for agile environments
  • Strong experience working with automation tooling
  • Strong experience with various managed and self-hosted CI/CD tooling
  • Be comfortable with weekly on-call rotation
