Remote Senior Development Associate

Job Summary

A non-profit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Development Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Partner with the senior director to assess and refine fundraising and stewardship strategies
• Lead comprehensive grant process, including writing & editing proposals; submitting proposals; processing the award; etc
• Conceptualize & draft compelling narratives & high-quality written materials, including grant reports; proposals; briefs; etc

Required Skills:

• Passion for the mission and vision of Chiefs for Change
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize items to meet critical deadlines
• Exceptional written communication skills: specifically, must write compellingly about our organization, mission, and goals
