A software development company has an open position for a Remote Senior Development Escalation Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing multiple assigned customers
- Taking the lead in acting upon process change ideas, Influence others towards action and change
- Conducting C-Level communications and be able to manage conversations with internal Ultimate Software Executives
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Proven track record of working collaboratively to improve the customer’s experience
- Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving team environment
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in providing complex SaaS Customer Support, management, and/or supervision
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships with customers, partners, and developers across the business at all levels
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills while working with diverse audiences
- Ability to navigate complexity and create collaborative, cross-functional solutions
