Job Summary
A federal IT contracting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior DevOps Automation Architect.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Designing, developing, and deploying enterprise automation systems and capabilities
- Developing tools and processes to enable automated deployment and monitoring of cloud infrastructure and applications
- Automating images, systems/network configuration and orchestration using tools such as Cloud Formation, Terraform, Ansible, etc
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Significant experience designing, deploying, and supporting production cloud environments, particularly multi-region/multi-AZ environments
- Highly skilled in the use of Terraform for automation and deployment
- Experience working with software defined networking, storage systems architecture, virtualization, containers, and serverless technologies
- Experience with continuous monitoring and logging of all applications layers and all infrastructure
