An information technology and professional services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior DevOps Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing tools that empowers the engineering team for quickly and confidently validate code
- Performing standard administration tasks, which might involve communication with the clients or other teams
- Working in collaboration with architects to represent DevOps during the design and development of software
Position Requirements Include:
- Familiarity with containers and Containers as a Service
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role
- Relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) experience
- Infrastructure as a Service (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, etc) experience
- Requires BS/BA degree in computer science or information systems or related field
- Scripting abilities with Unix command line
