Remote Senior DevOps Engineer II
Job Summary
A communications company is seeking a Remote Senior DevOps Engineer II.
Must be able to:
- Develop and maintain infrastructure via automation
- Maintain current infrastructure while leading the charge as we migrate to AWS
- Develop applications which help software engineers do their jobs at a faster pace with less overhead
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum 5 years professional experience deploying and supporting high traffic, scalable web applications/services
- 5 years working in the AWS environment, including EC2, RDS, S3, IAM
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
- Experience creating automation using AWS SDKs in Python, Ruby, or similar
- Experience with Docker and container orchestration
- Experience with MySQL
